Policies

Crystal Ear™ is committed to providing reliable hearing solutions and transparent customer policies.
The following policies outline warranty coverage, loss protection, return conditions, and our commitment to protecting customer privacy.

Warranty

Crystal Ear™ hearing devices include a limited one-year manufacturer warranty from the original date of purchase.

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. Proof of purchase may be required to verify warranty eligibility.

If a device is found to have a manufacturer defect during the warranty period, Crystal Ear™ will repair or replace the device at its discretion.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or accidents, including but not limited to:

• exposure to excessive moisture or liquids
• physical damage caused by dropping or crushing the device
• damage to receiver wires or other external components caused by bending, pulling, or improper handling
• damage caused by pets or animals
• use of the device outside recommended conditions
• unauthorized repairs or modifications

Normal wear and maintenance items such as wax filters, domes, and similar accessories are not covered under the warranty.

Loss & Damage Protection

Crystal Ear™ devices also include a one-year Loss and Damage Protection program at no additional cost.

This program allows for one replacement per device within the first year in the event of accidental damage or loss.

A $149 deductible per device applies for replacement under this program.

Loss and Damage coverage may be used once per device during the coverage period. Replacement devices provided under this program will continue under the original warranty period.

Returns & 45-Day Trial

Crystal Ear™ offers a 45-day trial period beginning from the original purchase date.

If a customer chooses to return a device during this period, the product must be returned:

• in good working condition
• with all original packaging
• including all accessories and documentation provided with the purchase

Devices that show significant signs of wear, missing components, or poor condition may be subject to deductions from the refund amount.

Examples include but are not limited to:

• missing accessories or packaging
• excessive wear or cosmetic damage
• devices returned in unsanitary condition, including heavy earwax or debris buildup
• damaged components caused by improper handling

Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Refunds will be processed after the returned product has been inspected.
